Each and every employee I dealt with was super nice and explained everything to me. They are a great group of people and I will recommend Suburban Propane to everyone I know. Thanks guys you all are great.

Very professional and extremely helpful. Customer service was outstanding! Wished all the companies I deal with were like this.

We recently turned on our gas logs first time this season and there was a very strong smell we had never experienced so we called you and the ladies at the office advised us of precautions to take and said they would have a technician here soon. We're a long distance away but it was less than 45 minutes wait till he came. He was very thorough in inspecting inside and outside or home and concluded there was no danger and what we should do to improve the situation. Thank you for keeping us safe!
