Suburban Propane did appear as promised although the wait on their call center line was long (5-10 minutes). We are on the auto fill program and were about 15% before getting filled. That sort of negates the value of a whole house generator when the gas is too low to run it for long.

Responsive and communicated reasonably well. The team that installed the fuel lines and filled the tanks were very professional and informative.

Service is great! They ALWAYS come out to top us off before a storm so we are prepared in case we need our generator for extended periods due to outages. We have used the for 7 years.
