Great service, professional staff. Drivers are the nicest, so willing to help, and willing to answer any questions. Service is top notch! 5 STARS*****

I HAVE USED SERVICES FROM SUBURBAN PROPANE SINCE 2003 . I HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE IN 2 LOCATIONS. ONE USING OIL, ANOTHER USING PROPANE. I USUALLY SPEAK WITH THE PHOENIX OFFICE. THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, VERY PLEASANT , AND COURTEOUS. EVERYONE WITH WHOM I HAVE SPOKEN HAS GONE BEYOND THE BASICS TO ENSURE THE BEST RATES AND SERVICE. IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS THEY ARE THE BEST. I USED OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE PAST. SUBURBAN IS FAR SUPERIOR IN ALL AREAS COMPARATIVELY. THIS REVIEW IS TOTALLY INDEPENDENT , SPONTANEOUS, AND I HAVE NO PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS OR OTHER INTERESTS IN SUBURBAN PROPANE.

I have to say that you are great to work with and are willing to help. The service people are very polite. My dissatisfaction on this last visit was that if the service man made the adjustment that was needed on my pilot then I wouldn't have gotten stuck having to pay an emergency service fee to have a 2nd guy come to make the adjustment. I am very disturbed by that but I had to do it because it was when we had temps in the minus digits. They accommodated me for the service as I had a DR appt that day so they arranged to come when I called that I got home. For that I am grateful. I am your fan but that service fee for the 2nd visit never should have happened. Thank you
