I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer. Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail. Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days. They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day! Well done Suburban!

Always a pleasure doing business with Suburban Propane. Professional and courteous. I was at less than 10 percent in my tank and they prioritized my delivery, even rescheduled due to my busy work schedule. Happy customer here.
