We have always been happy with our local Suburban Propane dealer. Whenever I have a question the ladies in the office are courteous, professional and prompt in their response. We have been customers for 13 years and have never considered going anywhere else.

Angie, at Suburban, understood my situation and worked with me to facilitate the transition to smaller tank due to our life changes, and we appreciate that the process was completed at no charge. Ryan, the technician, called prior to arrival and he was early. He promptly removed the old tank, installed the new and explained the process steps along the way. He was very friendly, experienced and conversational.
