April was very patient by taking my calls and facilitating us getting propane and the necessary requirements we needed completed. As we were new to Maine she was a big help. Bob, the man who came out to check our lines was very informative, and very kind when it was determined that we had no propane, he made it a priority to get us propane in our tanks that day. As the day went by and nobody showed up Bob checked back in and on his time off and on his way home for the day And added propane to our tanks because it was going to be cold that night and he didn’t want us to be without heat. These two individuals were exceptional and we were so grateful for the care and kindness. As the faces of suburban, propane, April and Bob, our exceptional. From the very start, a site visit with Kevin, a 30 year propane vet was exceptional. Kevin set aside a new looking tank and two weeks later delivered it to my install site. Mid Maine Generator provided the Kohler generator. Their work with install and start up was of superior quality and craftmanship. Reed, Justin and Dakota were my install team. I could not be happier with my project. Great job Suburban Propane and Mid Maime Generator !
