The customer service is EXCELLENT! She was caring and understanding. She even apologized when hearing my story of running out of gas in the middle of cooking dinner. Less then 2 hours the delivery was at my home. I have been with Suburban Propane for years. I only had 1 issue and that was not receiving my bill once on a fill up causing a little small late fee. But, that was minor. Again after speaking with a customer service representative on that issue. I never had that issue again. And I never occurred any other late fees.
