After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane. Everyone I talked with to schedule and set up a plan was super helpful. The propane delivery was prompt. Couldn't ask for better service.

Had nothing but excellent experiences with staff. They were always helpful and even called back the next day to make sure everything was resolved when transferred to a different employee. They were always kind, patient, & willing to explain things.
