Anthony was absolutely amazing. He came to our home a couple days prior to my appointment to see if I had all I needed and what he needed. That impressed me from the start. He arrived timely, finished quicker that we anticipated which saved us money and was professional and friendly. He took care of our home and he worked in a detailed and thorough manner. After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane.
