Price of butane is always important however I choose to do business with people who are courteous over the telephone and those who appreciate my business. The first impression most people get from a business is over the telephone. Tangela with Suburban Butane, Columbus, Mississippi was knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel important as a customer. I had discussed with her that we needed to get our tank filled but I had been smelling gas in our home. She took care of me. Suburban Propane is blessed to have Darryl Black as an employee. He came and thoroughly checked everything and solved the problem. He also came today to put in butane and thoroughly checked to make sure everything was working safely. I knew zero about gas of any kind and had many questions. The office lady was friendly, taking her time in answering every single question. This was the case with the initial call to set up service and every call I’ve made since. There’s no automated answering - but a real person! The delivery man today, the first re-fill of our tank, answered more questions even though I’m sure he was on a tight schedule. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I have had with this company. Customer Service at its finest!
