Love how they automatically come to my house without me having to call. Only complaint is high prices, although I did not look at other companies to compare prices.

I am a new customer and had some complications to get my old tank and the new one swapped out, but Suburban's customer service was outstanding and everyone I dealt with through the process was very friendly and helpful.
