I just switched to Suburban for our propane because I was unhappy with the other company we were using. So far, so good. They have great customer service and unlike the other propane company, they use a computer program to determine if you actually need your tank(s) filled, thus avoiding the delivery fee for an unnecessary fill.

They were on time, went above & beyond with installing the new tank and were friendly and courteous. I was super pleased with them including the lady who set up the appointment who was also very helpful.

Smelled propane and called. Someone came out immediately and found a leak in the weld. Reassured not emergency but had tank removed in hour or so once got helped. Appreciate quick response and help
