We started the process of getting propane for our new house with another competitor of suburban propane, we'll call them ShmameriGas, and it took a month and a half to get a tank filled then they didn't hook it up. I called Suburban and they were there the next day with a tank, installed and filled, to use. Karen and Nick should wear capes because they saved our day! We got to move in on course because of them.
