I had a great experience with Suburban Propane. My 250 gallon tank was leaning a lot to one side as the ground underneath it had eroded. Suburban sent out a pair of technicians...Sean and Vince with a heavy duty work truck equipped with a crane to lift the tank up. After lifting it up with the crane, Sean and Vince spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the support under the tank was solid and level before they put it back down again. They also checked all the components of the tank and found and repaired a serious crimp in the copper line...probably caused by the tank leaning over on the line. Sean and Vince were very hard working and professional and obviously took pride in their work. I am very appreciative of the job they did and will stick with Suburban for all my propane needs.

Our propane guy Ken, from Suburban Propane-(Grass Lake area) is the absolute best. He installed both our tanks, most recently our new tank for our pool. His attention to detail, customer service, bright and grounded outlook on life and his wonderful sense of humor always makes my day! 🧡 Thank you for employing Ken, he is a fantastic addition to your company!
