Incredible customer service! Everyone I talked to was incredibly helpful and friendly. And they were able to install new service to my home within a week when every other company was 2 weeks out at least.

I live in Snoqualmie Pass, WA and recently had a serious leak develop. I called Suburban Propane's emergency line on Sunday morning and by that same afternoon a technician drove all the way from Darrington to help. He wasn't able to resolve the issue because the leak turned out to be under 15ft of snow. I had a crew work through the night to remove snow and first thing next morning the office staff had arranged for a repair tech to be onsite. Since propane is my only source of heat, every day without has serious consequences in these parts. Lots of customers complain about the high prices, but I can guarantee you won't get the same level of service with the cheaper competitors. Folks need to keep that in mind when shopping propane suppliers, because when it's truly an emergency - service is everything.

I had accidently run myself completely out of propane gas in both of my tanks for my home. Since I owned my own tanks I started calling arround to see who could be here immediately! Suburban showed up within 2 hours to fill my tanks, and was less per gallon than the other companies I called who were 2 weeks out!!! My experience with Suburban Gas has always been a good one, but this time they were steller!!!
