Most of the reviews below typify the Westchester entitlement class. As with almost every sector of the service industry the pandemic and its after effects have been devastating. Not just the fuel sector, but almost every sector have been hit with Gov restrictions, staff losses , that have gutted the well trained pool , handfuls of core people hang on and persevere to serve , in every sector. The self absorbed , absolutely infatile Westchester populace - now almost completely infested with unwanted NYC evacuees, hum and ha , complain and moan about how they cant be waited on hand and foot. These people ought to be made to go without! Ungrateful, misery cribbing the lot. I worked in the service sector for years , there were ups and downs , but the pandemic has gutted almost every area , these people have no idea how workers struggle to accomplish simple things now. And the talent pool is vanished. Im not a customer of this company, but reading these reviews gave me the urge to clap back. Anyone working in the service sector will immediately understand what ive said here.
