Suburban Propane is fantastic. Excellent communication and on-site knowledge. They saved us from Amerigas. Amerigas left us hanging for over a month without a refill and had missed three appointments. We called Suburban Propane and they installed a new tank and filled within four days of contacting them. Suburban Propane is conscientious about their customers' needs and the conduct of their business.

Nikki Cropper is the best, she is always there to help me when I need it. I feel her smile come across the phone. She goes above and beyond her role.
