Suburban Propane keeps us well supplied and makes bill paying easy. The delivery man for our recent delivery was both friendly and careful of our newly paved driveway.

Suburban Propane has always come to fill our tank within the time period they said they would, at reasonable prices, with no hassle nor inconvenience to us. We haven't had any of the bad experiences other people have noted in their reviews. I think they're just fine.

I have been a customer for almost 30 years. Our experience has been very positive. They have worked with us every year to find the best fit for a payment plan, etc. Any time we have had any issues they come to our house within a short time even if they just needed to reassure us that everything is functioning properly and we are safe. The Customer Service is great and the management seems to listen and help when needed. Over the last week plus I have worked with Dee in Marlborough to set up a pre-buy plan. She was awesome! Super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She has five stars from me. If you are looking to change your provider or have moved to a new home, call them, they are great to work with.
