Wow! We bought a house almost a year ago and have been overwhelmed with work. We finally decided to address the broken gas run fireplace. After opening a new account, which was super easy with Jillian and Cheryle, we were able to get a safety test for free to make sure the tanks were in working order. Al Sargent was our technician. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. Al made sure all wires were hooked up, explained steps on how to work the fireplace, HE CLEANED THE GLASS HIMSELF, and showed us how to read the tanks plus checked the connection with our generator. We are looking forward to working with Suburban Propane in the future.

I have been a customer for almost 30 years. Our experience has been very positive. They have worked with us every year to find the best fit for a payment plan, etc. Any time we have had any issues they come to our house within a short time even if they just needed to reassure us that everything is functioning properly and we are safe. The Customer Service is great and the management seems to listen and help when needed. Over the last week plus I have worked with Dee in Marlborough to set up a pre-buy plan. She was awesome! Super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She has five stars from me. If you are looking to change your provider or have moved to a new home, call them, they are great to work with.
