A weeks ago I called suburban propane for some information and some billing questions I got a lady Susan Bendistis. . She was very helpful, polite,very responsive She said she would check on things and give me a call back by a certain time a couple days later and she did. I was very impressed because seldom does that happen. I also talked to her supervisor to give her feedback. Susan should be a role model for anyone in customer service and she is a bright star for suburban propane.
