First installed a year ago for a new stove. The installer showed up on time and was done in no time. Very professional. The only small issue that they fixed was COD vs an account. This was fixed by the office after some discussion on the phone.

Excellent Service... Very Slow I called in September with an approved gas line rough inspection from the county. Suburban Propane sent their engineer on November 22nd. I approved the next day and after a week I called them and was finally able to prepay. All I needed was a tank set but they were going to schedule that for the end of January. With a lot of begging I was able to get the tank set on December 21st. Other than the long wait period, they were excellent and courteous. I will still recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 2 years. I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from them. Allen is one of the sales guys that handles this area of Hillsborough County and does a great job! We can’t forget about the service side of things.
