I have used Suburban for many years, and in 2018 purchased a whole house generator. They offered me a very nice deal on two larger tanks, made the change out and did a great job. I started having an issue with the generator and Suburban sent Scott to check all their connections. Kevon, Debbie and Lucas assisted me with setting up an appointment. Scott found all their connections were correct and no leaks, but he found a leak inside the generator. I had it repaired, and Mr. Box sent Scott back to reconnect and test. Thanks. I appreciate the service that I received.

I purchased a fireplace from Suburban Propane just before the Covid. Living in Florida, the use of an outdoor fireplace is few and far between. When the wall for the fireplace was done, late summer,, the fireplace had a few issues with it. Suburban came out and addressed.. We both thought it was taken care of. But first cold snap in November it was not working. When I called to get Suburban to come and address again, I could not get an appointment until January 4th, 2021. I called several times to see if there was an opening and told not. I have been a customer of Country Side Propane and Suburban for 16 years, I was very disappointed. I wrote a review (which I have since pulled). They called me next day and were out...it was actually a warranty problem. They are fixing and I have a beautiful fireplace working for the Christmas and New Years Holiday. Reviews work! And I am always grateful for a happy ending. Merry Chrisitimas.

The sub- contractor hired by Suburban was absolutely awesome! We had a 250 gallon tank installed and you would not even know he was here! I cannot say enough about how great this guy and his co-worker performed. Our lawn looks great and what a wonderful job!
