I see some mixed reviews here, this was my experience....I wanted to have a section of hose fabricated for my generator to have an extension. A small job that probably was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity for them. They took their time, charged a very reasonable fee. I was so pleased I tried to tip the tech $20 and he wouldn't take it, said it was just part of the job. Others may have had a bad experience, but mine could not have been better!

We recently ran out of propane. My service call at Suburban was met with a quick and kind response. They helped locate the dial on the tank to verify our request and had it filled early the next morning. Our service rep., Mike, left a phone message after delivering the propane when unable to reach us. He offered to return if we needed his help in restarting the fireplace. We appreciated their profession yet personal response.
