I am happy with the service I received during my last refill. The driver was timely and provided professional service. The Customer Service representative was very helpful in ensuring my Customer Appreciation discount offer was honored. This resulted in a much needed savings on my propane bill. I appreciate the excellent service I received from Suburban propane.

We bought a house that already had a buried Suburban tank on the property. This has been our first dealings with propane companies as my other places have all had natural gas. As a newer customer of Suburban I've always been concerned about dealing with this company on issues that arise. Especially if you read some of the other posted reviews. I recently had an issue and upon calling my local office they were more than accommodating. Not only did they met the current need, they went back and made it right. For that, I am a very satisfied Suburban customer.
