We recently ran out of propane. My service call at Suburban was met with a quick and kind response. They helped locate the dial on the tank to verify our request and had it filled early the next morning. Our service rep., Mike, left a phone message after delivering the propane when unable to reach us. He offered to return if we needed his help in restarting the fireplace. We appreciated their profession yet personal response.

I consistently have positive interactions with everybody at Suburban Tigard. They are always helpful and greeted with a smile. You might have to wait to get your propane filled since there is one person that runs around the yard doing too many things, but if your patient it will happen.

Wonderful experience! Had a different propane filling service overfill two of my propane tanks triggering the safety valve. That service (Chevron) refused to fix my tanks. Suburban Propane fixed both my tanks(one was filled almost double) with zero issues and no appointment needed. Customer service was fantastic and friendly. I know where I'm going FIRST the next time I have propane issues. 10/10 would recommend.
