customer support is always very supportive

Just made my initial contact and spoke to a human being - Donna - who was very gracious on the phone. Cant wait to start my service with Suburban. Thanks, Violet

Professional and quick to respond. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of testing and explanation of services. The technician found the smallest leak on a new house, which turned out to be a pilot for a gas fireplace. Furthermore, the onsite technician explain all my options, ways to save money and what to monitor. Not sure if I got lucky with a great guy or a great company, but I can say the folks on the phone and onsite were great! -Mark
