We are new to living in Munds Park in the winter. We have had several power outages in the last 30 days and our generator has run 55 hours. I had no idea how much propane we had left in the tank and my wife was there alone. The day that I contacted Kory from Suburban Propane in Chino Valley the roads were closed. Kory contacted the Highway Patrol and was given special permission to travel. With the lackluster service we are all experiencing in todays market it is incredible to know someone cares. The tank is full and we can not thank you enough Kory!! A new storm is coming in tonight.

Great Service, reasonable price.

We are new to in ground propane and didn't notify the office in a timely manner for delivery. In short, it couldn't have been a worse time for a sort of "immediate" delivery as we were at 10% and it's now getting colder. They couldn't have been more kind in squeezing us in for a necessary delivery. It's very much appreciated and I might add that we have had nothing short of wonderful interactions from my first call!
