I'm a new customer to Suburban, and I believe it was a gentleman by the name of Brendan who installed my tanks, he was very nice and considerate during the visit. We were told they'd be out soon to fill the tanks to capacity, I was surprised when they were out first thing the following morning to do so. I dealt with Ann and Beth in the office prior to and after my installation, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with.

Janna was a gem to work with. Buy in the off season for best prices.

I usually pre-buy my propane and they handle all the delivery times. I appreciate that they came out and filled my last 38 gallons left on the contract without me having to ask, very good customer service. I highly recommend them.
