Suburban had me up and running within 3 days of my initial phone call despite being a small account. I felt like they treated me the same as a customer who will buy much more propane from them. The "no job too small" attitude is very refreshing in today's atmosphere. Some of the other propane dealers wanted to wait until spring (2 months) to get me heat in my barn. I don't need heat in the spring, I needed it now, and I'm so thankful for the speedy response and great customer service. You guys saved the day, and probably my fingers and toes lol.

Everyone’s got the same propane right? It’s the ppl that make a difference! Everyone I’ve ever dealt with from the folks in the office to the service manager to the drivers are awesome! The few times there has been a issue I’ll find out after it’s fixed lol all this with me being... well.. just plain bad at keeping up with my tank. They are always beyond helpful, professional , and accommodating! The Entire staff at this location should be recognized ! And corporate I hope you go far beyond a printed award and lunch as these folks go above and beyond for y’all on a daily basis!

We switched from a different supplier. Customer service was great from the first phone call. Service has been great. Highly recommend Suburban Propane
