Very good service.

I've had ISSUES in the past when this was McKraken(sp). Suburban has weird telephone system putting you to Kansas City(I believe) and getting to your local retailer not so simple at times. My shout out is to the Rolesville, NC office where Barbara Horvitz and office staff(wish I had their names)have really helped me on a couple billing issues(big to me) in the last few months. I wasn't the friendliest customer and apologize for that but again I thank all for their help!!! Thanks!

After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane.
