After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane. Thank you so much Adrian and Phil!!

Installation was excellent. The suburban propane staff were very courteous and polite. They were attentive.

Driver came, found tanks, filled appropriately, got bill, paid bill, got receipt. No problems.
