I had significant issues calling the 800 number trying to reach someone. However, I called the local number here and got in touch relatively quickly with Shannon. She was very polite and helpful. She was even able to offer a courtesy discount which will save me considerable cash. Thank you Shannon and Suburbane Propane for making my day.

I've had ISSUES in the past when this was McKraken(sp). Suburban has weird telephone system putting you to Kansas City(I believe) and getting to your local retailer not so simple at times. My shout out is to the Rolesville, NC office where Barbara Horvitz and office staff(wish I had their names)have really helped me on a couple billing issues(big to me) in the last few months. I wasn't the friendliest customer and apologize for that but again I thank all for their help!!! Thanks!
