Quick, efficient and friendly service.

After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane. We bought a house that already had a buried Suburban tank on the property. This has been our first dealings with propane companies as my other places have all had natural gas. As a newer customer of Suburban I've always been concerned about dealing with this company on issues that arise. Especially if you read some of the other posted reviews. I recently had an issue and upon calling my local office they were more than accommodating. Not only did they met the current need, they went back and made it right. For that, I am a very satisfied Suburban customer.
