Awesome folks here! From the ladies in customer service, especially Ms.Debbie. To the guys in the field Edgar and Jeremy, they handled the issue promptly with respect and precision. They came out and took care of all our needs and even stayed late till the problem was solved! (on a holiday at that) Kudos to the whole team at Suburban Propane! Peace of mind and amazing service! You are appreciated!!!

Called about billing and the woman I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful.

I had a very difficult and complicated issue switching my account from tenants who were renting a home that I own. Lucas Diaz, from your Tampa office, was very patient and went above and beyond to help me understand and resolve these issues. Your company is very fortunate to have Lucas representing your company.
