Technician Scott R. Was amazing. I was out in Land O Lakes on a Friday and completely out of gas for my pool heater. We think it was because of a leak as it is extremely unusual I have to fill my tanks within 6 months and SP just filled them 6 weeks ago. SP was scheduled to replace my tank in 3 weeks anyway. The reps said they would just initially add 20 Gallons to my tank and push off the job until Monday. Scott called me and understood our circumstances and brought a new tank to get everything working in a couple hours for my party. Scott took it upon himself to do the job 110% instead of a quick fix and kicking the can down the road. Thank you Scott for your hard work.

Walked inside of the building and was greeted by 2 guys Lucas and will who immediately asked if I needed help with anything and proceeded to talk to me as if we were all friends joking around. I only came in to pay a bill for a family member but took my time since they were so inviting. I don’t have propane at my house but they let me know to come back if I ever decided. True customer service

I reached out on Friday about varying pricing we had encountered as a customer the last few fills and was introduced to Will and we discussed a budget plan as well as what pricing should be on the go forward. I just wanted to give Will a shout out and kudos for his customer service as well as Suburban of Tampa for their support as well. It was a great experience and they were able to get us a refill quickly, while also hearing some of my concerns, which were heard and dealt with. Appreciate it and this is what the customer experience should be about!
