Suburban Propane recently upgraded my propane service by adding a tank and a new line, in the midst of COVID chaos. They were extremely responsive and persistent in following up on city permit and inspection issues. The estimator who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the estimate to perform the work was happily far less than I expected. My city put many roadblocks in their way but they worked it through to success. The city also invoked new rules that caused them to have to come out and make adjustments to tank installation (including the tank already approved and on premises) and they returned two times to ensure everything was made right -- for no additional charge. Sam and John completely took care of us -- outstanding customer service. I completely trust this merchant and encourage you to consider them for your propane needs.

Had two recent experiences with Suburban. Both techs, Doug and Gerald were excellent. Arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and did it quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Understood my concerns and addressed and resolved all of them. Highly recommend.
