Great service

After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane. Thank you so much Adrian and Phil!!

I never have to worry about not having fuel. Never have to worry about being without heat in my home. Also the great payment methods gives me the opportunity to keep my cash flow more readily available because i don't get hit with a sudden huge bill because of a cold winter streak.
