Due to bad business practices on the part of our former propane company, we found ourselves with less than 10% propane in our tank and needing fuel ASAP! Kaitlin and Anastasia worked together to get us scheduled for the installation of a new tank and propane delivery in less than 36 hours!!! Kevin was the technician that installed the tank and he made sure everything was working before he left. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. EVERY person we had contact with at the company was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough or recommend this company more! You are incredible. I have used this company to set hundreds of propane tanks. I sold foreclosed properties and if a propane tank was needed for heat, these are the folks I called. They were helpful, friendly and always did a great job. If you use propane, I would highly recommend this propane company!

There was a delivery problem that caused our furnace to malfunction. We were very upset and not certain if we would continue to use them as our supplier going forward - BUT Suburban Propane in Brighton, MI took care of this in a professional, prompt, and caring manner. We are very satisfied with the end result. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the original delivery issue.
