"The delivery driver and office staff were very friendly. The only issue I had was that when I made the appointment 5 days before the delivery they were unable to give me a delivery window. On Monday, the day of the delivery I had not heard any news as to when the delivery would happen. I had kept my schedule open and was waiting for the delivery at 8am. At approximately 1pm, I called the office and they were unable to let me know when the driver would be at my home. I finally received a call at about 4:15 informing me that he would be there by 5pm, which he was. I just wish that a possible delivery window could have been given as I was tied to my home for over 8 hours."

"We had a wonderful experience with Suburban Propane. All schedules were kept and all work was preformed perfectly. We needed a tank buried in accordance with our HOA. Carl was the gentleman who did the work. He was efficient and conscientious. He managed to miss all of our sprinkler piping and still do a proper job burying the tank. I would recommend this business."
