"I always buy in the summer "early-buy" program. Mid February Suburban Propane forgot to fill us up. We had to call them when our tank went completely empty... even though we had over 40 gallons remaining on our contract. They've always been great to deal with, but this one time they burned us."

"Service has always been great, always on day promised. Only complaint is that the truck always seems to get off the gravel driveway onto the grass. Not sure why because driveway is a circle and plenty wide."

"I have a large gravel road that a dump truck can easily drive and turn around. Why is it that when you deliver gas somehow you manage to get off the road and into the yard. The turn around at the house has ample room to maneuver your truck. The driveway is all of 12 feet wide or more , but you get into the yard.? ??"

"Ok service and easy to set up delivery, but poor communication when it came to fees and charges. Phone quote didn't match on site cost, service tech couldn't answer questions on service agreement, so had to call with a manager for answers. I think everything got sorted but not sure I'd go with them in the future based on that experience."
