I called because our tank was getting low and when I called they informed me that I had not ever used that much propane in that amount of time and asked us if we smelled anything in the house. When I told them no they asked us to check around the tank outside for the smell of propane. My husband discovered that there was a smell and she told us to turn the tank off and they would send some right out which they did and they found the problem and were able to fix it immediately. We have dealt with Suburban Propane for 15 years and they have always taken care of any problem we have had. They have always been very friendly and wonderful to work with.
