"We have only been with Suburban Propane for 2 years and our range was not working properly the house would smell of gas and the pans would have soot on them. I called everyone in our local area and no one new how to fix it or the ones that could were to far away. I'm 100% disabled from the military I can not bend or get on the floor. I thought I will call my bubby Frank at Suburban Propane to see if he can recommend anyone that could fix our range. I called Frank and he told me he would come and check it out. He came out to my house and looked at our range and said he could fix it for us. Frank probably spent 1 hour or longer at my house fixing our range. And didn't charge us for it. Like I said we have only been with Suburban Propane for around 2 years. And we really like them. I highly recommend Suburban Propane."

"Smelled gas. Called. They had a service person here within about 20 minutes!! He checked everything and found that it was just that the tank was almost EMPTY of gas, so the check valve was pulsing some with temperature changes etc. So.. we got the tank filled. Service man was very helpful in explaining what happened etc. We will certainly STICK with Suburban Propane."

"I want to thank the delivery person who came out today. I have an extremely long driveway and after the snow storm dumped almost two feet on it I had no one to come out and plow. My husband spent all day just making a path with a snow blower not knowing if he'd even get down with a truck and be able to turn around. Plus I forgot to shovel a path to the tank. Imagine my surprise when I went out to do so and saw he was already here! Thank you sooo much. I have an elderly mother with dementia so my time outside is limited at the moment so shoveling was put aside. I'm sorry you had to track through the snow but so appreciate it."
