"We needed a propane tank and line installed for a gas insert to our fireplace. We contacted Suburban Propane. They setup and sent a technician out to inspect where we could place the tank and run a line. It all went well. I then scheduled the install and on the day we set it too was installed and all went well. I had to call the office a few times and the ladies who answered the phone were polite and helpful. As far as we see it Suburban Propane is a great place to do business. Cheers!"

"I have had an incredibly positive experience with Suburban. I noticed a faint propane smell that intensified over the course of a few hours. After shutting off the valve on the tanks, I reached out to suburban as they were the last propane retailer to service the house before I purchased it. I called suburban to notify of the potential gas leak and received excellent customer service from Teresa. She helped me navigate necessary steps and see the bigger picture. She was able to get a technician to come out within 2 hours. The technician (Jeff and Jason) investigated the issue quickly and were very professional.I stayed in contact with Teresa to order a propane delivery as soon as they were available (a few days from initial contact). Teresa continued to work on my case and was able to push the delivery up to today (same day of initial call). This is a huge life saver, given the time do the year and sub-freezing temperature. She was respectful, positive and proactive throughout my whole interaction with her. She was also able to offer me a competitive price that is slightly below the PA state prices for propane.I highly recommend this company as they are extremely professional and really invest into their customer service. "We have been using Suburban Propane since they took over Farm and Home and they do a great job. The transition was seamless and we have continued to receive the same consistent service we received before. We never have to call them for oil. They deliver it on a schedule so we never have to think about it or run out of oil. I appreciate that they offer ways to help manage monthly expenses through the budget plan and that they also offer discounts the option of a discount if the bill is paid in advance. They are always courteous and efficient if we need to call them for anything and they arrive on schedule. We would definitely recommend them."
