"So far so good. We just bought a home that they service, but I had not had a chance to call them. When their service person came to lock their system, I explained that I had recently closed on the house and was not aware of the procedures to continue their gas service. He was very nice and explained what I needed to do, as well as put me in touch with their office. I spoke with Dianne, who was also very nice, and she set everything up that I needed."

"I called the local office because after checking our tank, we realized it was at 50%. At the time, we didn't know a hurricane was looming. I spoke with a very nice lady named Carla who told me she would have someone out the following week. I told her we used the propane for not only our water heater & grill but also for our whole house generator. The next day Carla called me & said she had put us on the schedule for the next day. We are still waiting on the hurricane & hopefully we won't need it, but if the power goes out we now have a full tank of propane to see us through any power outages. This is only one example of the wonderful customer service we have received since we started using Suburban Propane."
