Just purchased the home and had Suburban Propane come out to inspect the unit. The service tech that came out was very polite. After inspecting my unit he walked me through everything. As I have never had one of these units before, he showed me how to read the gauge, advising not to let it get below 30% in the tank. He also took the time to show me how to operate the system in the house. I appreciated the fact he took the time out of his busy scheduled to do this and he was not trying to hurry it thru asking if I have any questions and answering them along the way. At the end of his inspection, he set up the delivery to occur this same day to fill the propane tank and advised if I had any other questions to call the office and they would be willing and able to answer them for me.
