My home had a propane tank when we moved in. 14 years later we ran out of propane. In all that time we had never had to have our tank filled. After trying to find a propane company I finally located one willing to fill our tank--and we never received a bill. I recently had a new set of logs installed with a remote that lights the pilot, turns on the flames, extinguishes the flames and turns the pilot off (no wasted propane!). In preparation to have that done I called several propane companies, including the one that had filled my tank when I ran out, only to be told they don't take on new customers who have only a stove and fireplace that uses propane. The I called Suburban--no problem when I told them I only need service when necessary rather than monthly. Suburban arrived this past week, , I showed them where the tank is located, the tank was filed, and I was given the receipt when they finished rather than mailing or emailing it. I immediately paid the bill online, received an email thanking me for paying and for choosing Suburban. I am so very happy I found Suburban! I have recommended them and will continue to do so.
