"My issue with Suburban is not about the logistics of delivering oil for heatnig but for the humungous price charged for us pre-buyers. Now - not unexpectedly - the price of oil is significantly lower and I am still smarting about the extra thousand dollars I was forced to accept. It was wrong, but the oil business is and always has been about gouging for profit for all the oil companies."

"The technician who came to my house was above and beyond! He really did everything he could to get me up and running safely and as quickly as he could, my house is under construction at the moment. Upon the technician leaving, I had hot water within 30 minutes, so I was able to take a much needed shower!Please give this man a raise! Nice guy too!!"

"Today tech Jeff H came to my daughters house to preform a service. Of course the servicemen have got to be tired by now, but when my 2 yo granddaughter wanted to watch and ask 100s of questions Jeff took the time to talk to her and make her feel better about the strange man in her house she was first afraid of.He even took time to look at her polished toes. Thank you Jeff! That's the type of service lacking by so many companies!"

"I have been using Suburban Propane for a couple of years now.When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to make sure my home was safe and warm.Everyone in the Greenfield office has been amazing to work with.After the birth of my daughter we moved to a bigger home.Mary L in the Greenfield office made sure everything was taken care of for our move in so I didn’t have to worry about a thing, except for my beautiful new daughter.I really appreciate that the staff in Greenfield understand I am more than a customer, and my home is more than a stop."

"We've had good luck with Suburban Propane supplying both our fuel oil and our fuel propane. They are prompt and punctual with their deliveries, and are always able to give us accurate times. Sometimes those times are longer waits than we'd prefer, although for a (Very high) fee they're willing to make urgent deliveries if needed. Their prices are comparable to other companies in the area."
