Suburban Propane was fundamental in the transformation of a "seasonal" cottage we recently purchased, to a full time residence. Suburban Propane coordinated the installation of two propane tanks so we could have heat. This house used wood for heat, and cooking, on a 100 year old Glenwood kitchen stove. Suburban Propane worked with us to install a new propane Kitchen Range, including the conversion from Natural Gas to Propane. They also brought our propane connection up to standards. Finally, the service Technician, Anthony, identified an opportunity to improve propane heater efficiency by removing an undersized, ventless, propane wall heater and replacing it with a larger model that had a thermostat. We found a new 20,000 BTU heater and Anthony installed it, again adding a missing shut-off valve in the process. Suburban Propane is making great strides in Central New York to service existing customers as well as providing the BEST choice for new customers, who are looking for a top-notch propane provider, that also has a great service group. Your repairman was very thorough and helpful in getting our furnace running again when we ran out of fuel . However, we didn't expect to run out of fuel when we are on automatic delivery. Your office insisted we still had "x" number of gallons when we called them. As customers for over 50 years, we hope that your policy of providing "free oil" if one runs out will be honored.
