The overall experience of getting a 125 gallon filled propane tank delivered is about 4 stars. The people answering the phones and the guy who actually delivered and set up the tank were top notch. However, Suburban's automated caller didn't actually confirm the scheduled delivery about until 10 minutes AFTER the delivery guy was already here (luckily I was actually at home then). It was also confusing that the tank was not actually full when delivered and they stated that I still had to pay the full contracted amount. To add to the confusion, when Suburban did came out and fill the tank the next week, they left a bill stating how much I owed for the tank fill up. The friendly staff who answered the phones said that I could ignore the fill up bill because it was covered in the original contracted amount that I had already paid. All in all, the Suburban staff were great, but their overall process in delivering a new filled tank is somehwat wonky and quite confusing.

We recently turned on our gas logs first time this season and there was a very strong smell we had never experienced so we called you and the ladies at the office advised us of precautions to take and said they would have a technician here soon. We're a long distance away but it was less than 45 minutes wait till he came. He was very thorough in inspecting inside and outside or home and concluded there was no danger and what we should do to improve the situation. Thank you for keeping us safe!
