To Whom It May Concern I am very pleased with the service as well as grateful with a representative name Ms. Maryellen. This was my first time ever putting services in my name for a house. I called and spoke to Ms. Maryellen about 5 times that day, and not one time did she become short patient with me. I felt so lost, ashamed, and afraid not knowing what needed to be done. My son’s father and I purchased a house, my son called and stated he moved out and turned everything off. (Lights, oil, and propane oil). I called the company not knowing what to do next. I had the honor of speaking with Ms. Maryellen. I explained to Ms. Maryellen what happened, what was going on, and my concerns, while the tears was rolling down my cheeks. I could not understand why he would do something like that to my son whom was living in the upstairs area. Ms. Maryellen said calm down and stop crying, I will help you and explain everything to me and how things work. She took me step by step so that I would understand what to do and how to read the gauge on the tanks. I needed propane and a delivery came that same day. I was so over whelmed and feeling sick. I want to thank Ms. Maryellen for the kindness, understanding, caring ways, and the nurturing I felt while she was talking to me. I shared my experience with a couple of co-worker that I know live up there and told them they should change if they are not with Suburban Propane. Stay safe and wonderful blessings.
