Really wonderful group of people and great pricing!!Our business just recently acquired an additional warehouse and we ran into a propane emergency where we needed tanks for our new forklifts, before they delivered. I was calling around the day before New Year’s Eve and after a few disappointing calls reached (I believe) Brian who put me in contact with Carol the Regional Sales rep. She is wonderful! Not only is she able to get us set up as a new customer but she brought 2 tanks with her the next day (on a Holiday!!) to get us by until we can have a cage installed. Truly amazing service!!I have also been working with Tammy who is the Office Manager, she has been very friendly and a great help in getting us set up as a commercial customer as well!I look forward to our ongoing relationship with this great group of people!"

"I am a long time Suburban propane customer and twice have had my tank flipped on its side from flooding water. In both cases, Suburban was prompt, and as it happens, in both cases they came out with a replacement tank, set it up, tested the lines and gas appliances out, explained to me about credit for the remaining gas in the tank. This last time, within two days another delivery of gas was made to top off the new tank. I am extremely satisfied with the customer care I received!"
