"Billy came out and looked to see if we had any options to increase our propane supply with an additional tank or underground tank. After his assessment we decided to stay with the size we have. However, we did switch from Palmetto to Suburban. The reason for that is when I asked Palmetto they said I didn't need a larger tank without coming out to see if it was possible. That was disappointing so, we are now Suburban customer's."

Mary Beth in the chapin office made it a breeze to set up my appointment with Jeff to fix my gas range oven, and then followed it up with Jimmy replacing my equipment, while taking the old out to recycle.Jeff was AMAZING. "Tank was filled past full marks. Been using gas logs for 4 days and still shows past full. Office said I would be fine. Hope gauge returns to an actual reading soon. Rusty from Suburban propane came out and checked gauge out. Little giggle of the take and gauge returned to normal. Was just a little malfunction he set straight. After he explained my mind was at ease. Thanks Rusty!"
