In honor of National Cooking Day (September 25th), Mary Ann from the Delmar office submitted this quick bread recipe that is soft, moist, and loaded with blueberries.

Blueberry Muffin Bread
Equipment
- 1 Propane Oven
Ingredients
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cup Blueberries
Top Crumble
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Blend everything together at once until smooth and mixed about 2 minutes.
- Fold in Blueberries.
- Pour in 8x4 Pans
- Sprinkle crumble mixture on top loaves before putting in the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
