Local Suburban Propane Office in Morrisville, VT

I am a new customer and there was a mix up with what needed to be done to get my service started and maintained. I didn't know any of the steps that needed to be taken and ended up running out of fuel. I called Suburban Propane and they discovered that they dropped the ball and never completed the work that needed to be done on their end. They OWNED UP to their mistake and corrected it IMMEDIATELY. They had a technician out within an hour or so, provided a small amount of fuel free of charge to hold me over until the tech could come back the next day to fill the tank up completely. They apologized and were so professional - both the women on the phone and the guys who came out to the house. It was great!

I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Suburban Propane (in Morrisville, VT) employees. When I first called in for new service, I was greeted and helped by Tina. She was phenomenal with giving lots of information. She answered all my questions, and then told me other questions (and gave me her answers) that I should be asking when I call around. She's the reason I proceeded. The next step was to have someone come evaluate the location of the propane tank, etc. The two people to do this were Chris and Mike. They were outstanding. They were informative, helpful, and pleasant. They went out of their way to help us. They presented us with lots of options to make it work best for us. They really took their time to make sure we came up with a great plan for size of tank and location. They then set it up for delivery. I didn't hear back right away (I mean within 24 hours), and with winter already here, I was anxious (don't get me wrong... they weren't slow to call me... I'm just a little over anxious!). So I called the office and got another person on the phone (I didn't catch her name), and once she heard we were living in an RV with small propane tanks, she made sure we got on the list to receive our tanks ASAP even though they were booked for 2 weeks. The next day Chris and Mike returned with our propane tanks. They were fast in setting it up, thorough in making sure it was done right, and once again pleasant to deal with. Finally, within an hour, Aaron was here filling up the tanks. He also had to work us into his route, and he did so, which was very appreciated by us. The whole team was amazing. I look forward to their service for many years to come. Oh, and the price of their propane was cheaper than the others I called. So value-wise, they are dead on, too. Highly recommend.

Hello, I have been a costumer for 7 years or so. I Love the Morrisville office. The girls in the office are great. My driver Always goes out of his way to help me.
